For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claims caused by our error, Blckigd will cover the applicable return shipping cost where a return is required.

Warranty

Do Blckigd lighting fixtures include a warranty?

Eligible products are covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty against qualifying defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the applicable warranty terms.

The limited warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, incorrect wiring, accidents, improper maintenance, external electrical conditions, or normal wear and tear.
